Cancellation & Refund

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

  • Once the order has been dispatched from our hub, cancellation is no longer possible.

Cancellation Before Shipping

  • If you cancel before your order ships, we will refund the amount after deducting a 5% transaction charge.

  • If your order has been processed into shipping, a 10% processing fee will be deducted, along with any applicable shipment fee already paid by SEANGO.


Cancellation After Shipping

  • If the order is canceled after dispatch, the refund will be processed after deducting forward and return shipping charges.


Replacements & Damaged Products

  • Products are eligible for replacement only if found defective or damaged.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, so we can make it right.


Refunds

  • Only defective or damaged products can be returned, and must be requested within 4 working days from delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 15 working days.

  • Items purchased on SALE are non-refundable.
